would be getting a half-and-half package, because people’s capacity is limited.

<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>We are considering adding a Director of Technology position
to our staff. One of the questions that has been raised is whether this
individual could not only handle normal technology matters but also what I call
“production technology” matters. Such things as overseeing
the video camera teams, sound & light teams, really any technology that
goes with “producing” (forgive my language) a funeral through the
Sunday morning worship services.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>Do any of you have this in your church? If so, do you
have a job description? Who would this person report to in your
organization?<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>If these are clearly two distinct jobs, would you please
send me the respective job descriptions for your organization?<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>Thank in advance.<o:p></o:p></p>
