before. Look in the local address book for an entry for that user.
Entourage creates an address book entry based upon the information you give it
when you are registering. Open that default entry and change the
information within it to the personal information of the user for that computer.
If no address book entry is there, go ahead and create one for the user.
That should fix it.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

Information Technology Dept and Organization name…. Office2008 is
installed and the name for the user that installed the application is IT Dept
and the Organization name is the church name….. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal>One of my users is now reporting that when they receive email
their display name in Entourage 2008 displays “Information Technology
Dept rather than the user’s name…. in the TO line.<o:p></o:p></p>
