was with XP not Vista. My guess is that you are using IE to access the
mail and that some ActiveX control is conflicting with the webmail site. If
that is the case, you can go into Options and select the option to download the
S/MIME control.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

from Blackbaud. Once installed, the client was unable to use IE to send
Email; they could read it but the rich textbox for editing was not available
