I could receive whatever written policy materials you have for the IT Department and then remove the names to protect the innocent (if you want me to otherwise I don't have a problem identifying where the policy originated) and publish as a Google Document on the web that had a list of written policies by topic and make it available for free to everyone to access from my website. As new ideas and policies are created, the public document could be updated for the benefit of other Church IT Departments.
