The user was actually logged out but the session remained active with Outlook polling Exchange Server in the background. The user exceeded the 32 session limit and Exchange subsequently refused any further connections. A reboot of the TS fixed the problem for now. that will not connect to Exchange Server. The user has had no problem for
almost two years and now, last Wednesday, the client refused to connect to
Exchange. I created a second user on the computer and connected to
exchange with no problem. She gets mail via her iPhone so I don’t
